Because we offer custom-made items just for you, we are unable to accept physical returns.
Every piece is created with care and attention to detail, and due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
That said, your satisfaction truly matters to us.
If There’s an Issue With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the problem
We carefully review each situation and may offer one of the following solutions:
- A partial refund
- Store credit
- A replacement (if appropriate)
Because our products are handmade and customised, we do not require you to return the item in order to receive a resolution.
Custom & Personalised Items
Please double-check all personalisation details (names, dates, colors, sizes, etc.) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.
If we make a mistake on your custom order, we will absolutely make it right.
Things to Keep in Mind
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information entered at checkout
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as each item is handmade/custom)
- Normal shipping delays outside our control
